This place was referred to me by a coworker. All I can say is... Damn, Reeves is AWESOME! Not only do they do great work, their office is crazy clean, their staff is super nice. Everything about Reeves is welcoming. Everyone goes above and beyond what was expected. I dont care that they now call me Jeff. Reeves is AMAZING! John went out of his way to show me how I should be driving my car to get the most out of my brakes. Moving forward, anyone who asks me where to take their vehicle... Reeves is the answer.

This is the best shop I have ever been to in my life. They are honest, and straight up, and will go the extra mile for you. They dont do way in depth stuff but it is amazing the things they are willing to do. These guys (in slo) make up for all the bad shop experiences you may have had...I could tell a few myself. Well... In 9 days I will be literally living on the streets. I took my jeep in for a smog pre-test and it didn't pass. The owner, Larry, was incredibly rude from the get go. When I told him I was on disability and living in the jeep and that I needed an estimate on the repairs saying that it would cost at least $250 to qualify for the program that helps low income people get an extension and help paying for the repairs, he laughed at me and wrote me an estimate for $190 to come in and get yet another estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Thanks for your great customer service and incredible compassion.

Mike Dean is AMAZING and SO nice and pro! I really can't say enough good things about him. He came to our home to actually replace my Vintage Travel Trailer's tires/wheels and also our boat's trailer tires/wheels. He brought it all over and fixed it all that same day. SO pro! It's so nice to have someone you can trust to your home, especially as a working mom. I highly recommend him and you won't find someone more pro or nice!
