My 60K service was divided into 2 visits as you didn't have the tool to replace spark plugs. Everyone was ok with making it into 2 visits. The first day happened when many things were going wrong and having to deal with a little more chaos than usual. That being said, it happens to everyone sometime, and the staff was obviously doing their best to make customers happy.

You guys are great. I really appreciate the experience. Its usually not fun when we have to spend money on repairs. But you guys were thorough in explaining what needed to happen and why. I for one like that level of detail. The cost incurred was comparable, but the service experience was heads above the crowd.

My car broke down in the middle of the street and I freaked out a bit. TJ was able to get my car checked out that same day and fixed by the next day so I could be mobile again. TJ was very helpful and it was very nice that he got the car fixed so fast, regardless of all the other cars that needed work on from scheduled appointments.

I'm very pleased so far - still need to bring car in for a follow-up all-day flush job on 4/5/18, so will render final feedback then. Although this is not a complaint, I'm curious: Since my car was recently repaired by Certified, in cold weather my heat gauge is at 0 when I drive the highway speed limit (65 mph), then it goes up to near-normal when I drive at street speed limit (30 mph). In the past (before Certified worked on my car), for two decades my heat gauge was always hovering at normal (slightly more than halfway to maximum), regardless of outdoor temperature and regardless of the speed I drove at.
