Brake repair service near Santa Western, CA

Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. had work done said they could do it went back said they can't now and had price bumped way to high over charged for work waste of time had someone else do it you will get ripped off

I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. No labor charge! I highly recommend Schnider Motors for your BMW repairs!!! I know I will definitely return for any and all of my BMWs service.

DON'T USE THIS SHOP ,DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL ,THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE , THEY FAILED TO REPAIR OUR CAR CORRECTLY AFTER TWO TRYS,AND KEEP THE CAR OVER 30 DAYS ,THEY CALLED US EVERY THREE DAYS AND SAYS THEY FOUND MORE THINGS WRONG NEED MORE REPAIRS AND MORE MONEY ,THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX THE CAR RIGHT , WE HAD TO TOW THE CAR TO THE DEALER ,TO REPAIR THE CAR CORRECTLY, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY , TREATED US VERY BAD ,1200.00 DOLLARS WASTED AT THIS SHOP ... DONT USE THESE GUYS 'PAUL' BAD PEOPLE
