it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. Excellent service… very professional, honest, on time and most important FAIR… Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really makes a big difference when you need to trust someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car…I have an older model MB, and instead of performing the services at the dealer, i started to take it to Bruce… He saved me hundreds and hundreds of $$$… HIGHLY recommended!!!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. I highly recommend him to anyone who typically goes to a dealer, if you want the one on one attention and a great relationship with your mechanic head to Joeys! I trust my BMW in his hands 100%
