Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. RIP OFF! These guys repair cars like junk. Stay away from this them. They miss numerous bolts and my engine was falling off. Even the battery was not bolted on. They break things as they are going through and do a horrible job. Rather than taking care of the Engine light problem they simply just reset it and I drove off with the engine light still on. If you love your car, go somewhere else.
