I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

A trained technician will check the level and condition of your transmission fluid: •A low fluid level may indicate a leak •Contaminated fluid has water or particles in the fluid. •Burnt fluid indicates damage from overheating. •Varnished fluid has been overheated repeatedly. •Normal fluid is reddish-brown and translucent, depending on transmission type, with no particular odor. I thank my lucky stars for this place!! The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood.
