We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

We recently discovered Mike Bradley's Automotive thru their new owner, Tim Bohle. Our daughter’s car broke down and Tim was accommodating and assisted us with all our needs even thru our busy schedule. They were upfront with all the costs and even let us know what needed to be done now and what could wait. It’s hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and reliable and we feel like Mike Bradley’s has reached that expectation.

Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well.
