Rv and camper repair service near Temple City, CA

I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.

Jeremy, the service foreman, is a nice guy, but never available by phone, or email. His new assistant seems incapable of responding to phone calls, or sending an email. 2 1/2 months following the service work done on our Everlite 29fk, we still have not received a copy of the work they completed. Some of the work was done adequately, some - resealing & caulking - was sloppy, and some of the things we requested, simply didn't happen. The manufacturer is stalling, Family RV is stalling and we still have some important warranty issues to be resolved.
