I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

HELLO MY NAME IS TOM. THIS IS NOT A SHOP YOU WANT TO GO TO. THE OWNER IS NOT A MECHANIC. I TOOK MY TRUCK TO TRANS PRO FOR A LEAK FROM THE TRANSFER CASE. IN ORDER TO FIX THAT YOU HAVE TO OPEN IT UP. FROM A DISTANCE I WATCHED HIM POWNED ON THE TRANSFER CASE. WHEN I SAW THE MECHANICS FROM BOTH SHOPS LOOKING AT HIM AND HIS OWN MECHANICS SHACKING THERE HEADS I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. THEN I SAW THE COMMENTS ON GOOGLE AND YELP. I THOUGHT OF IT. I WENT TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AND STARTED IT. THE TRANSFER CASE WAS SHACKING SO BAD LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. I ASKED HIM WHY IS IT DOING THAT.HE SAID BUDY YOU ONLY CAME IN FOR A LEAK AND ITS NOT LEAKING ANYMORE. I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED TO STEVES TRANSMISSION AND THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND SAW DUST AND WAS MISSING PARTS. IT COST ME 800.00 TO FIX RIGHT.JUST LIKE THE COMMENTS SAID (Beware of the Butcher of Oxnard) I THINK ITS NOT ON YELP ANYMORE. THATS NOT RIGHT FOR ONE REASON PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WE CAN TRUST.

Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes

I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Herbert's fees are fair and he will tell you exactly what your car needs- and perhaps more importantly, what your vehicle does not need. I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well.
