Numerous of UNACCEPTABLE business practices as follows: Unkept SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (repeatedly) to date - utterly a total waste of wait time to conduct the paid service. Waiting for his no-show to do the job. Deception over and over causing delays in executing said paid service. Excessive run-around excuses. The said Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been informed via Email and correspondence on April 17, 2017 - advising Antonio (Medina) as to his intention in getting the job done and it is IMPERATIVE that he get the job done. Was given a week's time to response. Failure to do so, the said issues will be investigated/litigated. Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been a living nightmare from the start, to date. Rehiring will be the outcome of being deceived of such service. Will NEVER, EVER rehire.
