I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!
