He was a member of the BMW ACT Program (Association of Certified Technicians) for several years. Ample space in between working bays assures you of no "accidental" scratches or door dings. Our staff treats your automobile better than if it was their own. Our shop is spotlessly clean and protective floor mats liners are placed on every customer's car. I've gone to Precision Import Auto Repair for about seven years now, so it's not my first time dealing with this company. I can say they're very dependable. The whole team, particularly Mano and Mike, are excellent people to take care of any situation. They are very trustworthy and repair things until it is finished to perfection. I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!
