Auto inspection service near Van Nuys, CA

Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. This place is horrible. They ran my wife and I off the property while insulting us and calling us liars. The sad part is that if the guy had simply admitted he didn't listen to us when we told him about the car having had the engine replaced before instead of calling us liars, he could have kept a customer. I guess pride and poor business practice is just more important to him.

i came here for a smog and repair because my car wasnt going to pass. very good customer service they speak one on one with you and in spanish ! very affordable prices, better than most places. they get straight to the problem and fix it.

This place is a joke. Do not seek thier services. They are not trained in any capicity, and you will only get rip off.

We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

Excellent mechanic shop I finally found to take my Sprinter Vans for service in Los Angeles Much better than dealerships. Nice people, expertise work, convenient location, fair price. No Wonder that they have so many cutomers
