Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. I've been taking my Honda's to Munoz's for over 10 years. Their customer service and mechanical expertise is the best! If there is anything out of the ordinary they always take the time to explain the situation and let me know what should be done to repair it. I wouldn't take my Honda Element anywhere else.
