I am writing this for my husband I can't believe he had such a good mechanic under wraps and does not share with others. All you women out there that are afraid to trust a mechanic call John.he is a good honest guy and we'll treat you fairly. My husband has a race car and only trusts it to John. His experience and dedication to his industry is amazing, and he his loyalty to his clients is legendary. If you need work on a European or import car he is your guy.

I have been a customer of Frank's for 7 years. I purchased my wife's Mercedes from Frank's and take both her car and my Porsche there for regular service. And for any repairs. They do beautiful paint work too. Frank's knows these cars and they make owing them affordable. Thank you Franks!

I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.
