Oil change
Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

Talk about superior customer service, Armando Casarez is "The Man" at Mossy Nissan! Not only did he help our family when we needed it most (right before the New Year) but he also did not show any indication that he needed to rush. With it being right before the Holiday, he treated us with kindness and patience that will bring us back to Mossy Nissan again and again! Thank you Armando!
