Our daughter’s car broke down and Tim was accommodating and assisted us with all our needs even thru our busy schedule. They were upfront with all the costs and even let us know what needed to be done now and what could wait. This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. RUN, don't walk AWAY from this THIEF Adiel Herrera!!! I bought a used car from him on Craigslist. When I drove the car, everything seemed PERFECT! The A/C & heat worked GREAT, no oil leaks, etc. I found out the real story was that he was an old lady's mechanic. (she was the original owner from 1989). Her transmission went out, and Adiel wanted $3000 to fix it. The poor old lady didn't have the money, so he offered her $800 for the car (with only 75,000 orig miles!) He then "fixed" the transmission, and turned around and sold it to me for a lot more! One of his mechanics is under the hood right NOW, putting in a new air conditioner for over $400! I asked him since he guaranteed everything worked, couldn't I get SOME kind of discount, but he just walked away!!!!! I will NEVER bring my car to him again, and I can't wait to get the hell out of here! What a horrible "man" and business person!!!!

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well.
