Brake repair service near Alamosa, CO

Had just the front brake pads replaced on my jeep wrangler no other work done .. just the front brake pads .. Wagner pads were used original charge for pads $175 ! I timed from the time he pulled it in til we pulled it out 28 minutes labor charge $224 ! Total $399 plus tax !! I questioned the the cost and asked for a breakdown .. the lady at the front then said she would discount the brake pad to $100 new total $324 total scam .. the pads at Oreilly are 59 or 69 and for labor most 150 hr so max cost should be $219 .. my receipt has no part number or description nor labor hour rate nor time taken to repair total scam .. work done was done right and so far no issues other than being gouged a bunch of money for the simplistic of jobs that I normally do myself .. would not recommend !

I had a mechanical failure on my wheelbearings on my 99 Ford F2 50 at 2 AM in Alamosa Colorado. Knowing nothing about Alamosa Colorado I had my truck towed. The wrecker driver towed it to to Automotive Concepts. I rented a car and drove back to Texas. I went the following week and picked my truck up. My truck ran great for the thousand mile road trip. I called and spoke with the lady on the phone at Automotive Concepts the day after my truck was dropped off. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and helpful. They fixed my truck and I had to pick it up on a holiday the following week which was memorial day. They left the keys in my glove box along with the receipt I paid over the phone. The gentleman that spoke with me about my truck told me everything that was wrong with it and what they had fixed. They were super nice and helpful. I was so grateful and if I lived in Alamosa Colorado I would definitely use them for all of my truck repairs. I cannot say enough of how helpful and how awesome their customer service was. Warranty is very good for their repairs. Five stars all the way.
