My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

Ken Hall in the last week- Just had my 2005 Dodge Ram engine completely rebuilt. Took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. It has never run better, even as new. Picked it up Friday, and headed straight for elk camp. The increased power is amazing. I am getting 3 miles more per gallon, and that's with only 500 miles on it thus far. These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing diesel or auto service.

Bring your BMW or German Auto HERE!!!! - This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a mechanic and I have had BMW's for over 30 years with different mechanics and you really are grateful when you get a GREAT one...there are few GREAT ones out there...my last mechanic was the best BMW mechanic I'd ever worked with...and these guys top Him.....Mike is a gifted engineer and Jerrod and Nikki are exceptional in their customer service...They were never rude or condescending and I felt like they worked with me through any difficulties and believe me, in my situation, there were many difficulties. The group at AGG were receptive, understanding and prompt. Being new to Colorado, I didn't want to take me car to the dealer and had been ripped off by so many mechanics until I found these guys. They are VERY busy so be patient with them and they will really help you out.......you won't be disappointed.....nobody else is going to give you this kind of service...from customer service follow up to repairs....this is the top shop......

They BLEW UP the engine of my Hummer H2 when they installed the wrong oil filter. Their claims department refuses to pay for the repairs at the shop of my choice even though the general manager acknowledges that it was their mistake. The extent of the damage isn't in dispute; the problem is they won't pay the labor cost preferring to pay less. They insist on only paying what they feel the "average repair shop" would charge. Here is what Kody Schirner (801-725-1711), Claims Department Representative, Customerservice@gflcompa…, wrote to me this morning: that amount will cover the cost of the engine and the labor at the average repair shop. If you choose to have the repairs done at a repair shop that will charge more than that, then you must pay for that luxury." It has been 22 days since they blew my engine. They have also refused to provide a replacement vehicle. I've been forced to forward this matter to our attorney, file a complaint with the Attorney General's office, and I will likely have to pay for the engine replacement out of my pocket and proceed through the courts. Unbelievable. AVOID THIS AND ALL JIFFY LUBE SHOPS!

This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car seen by my personal, very competent mechanic on 8/17 at which time bearing problem diagnosed by him. Took car in today. Matt called me and said front axel needed to be replaced and engine needed cleaning b/c of oil. 6 days ago NO evidence of torn boot. I had not hit any bumps driving <45 MPH b/c of bearing problem. Called my competent personal mechanic and he said bring it by after GO and he would look at it. He was shocked to see that the boot was indeed torn and last week definitely it was OK. Draw your own conclusions I guess but I know I will not be returning to GO for any reason.
