They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.

Cars aren't secure on lot nor do they care. Car stereo was stolen from my car while on Antillon property.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Do not ever go there. It is the worst shop on town. All I wanted done was to have my plugs changed. Jeep has never run right since. Jeep was test driven before service, ran fine, plugs were installed and test driven, said to be fine until I drove away and the ran very rough. Service manager was rude and would not fix the problem they had create. Do not go there.

My issue accured using my cruise control on the highway, as I slow down my rpms started idling, the only way to get it to was to barely tap gas and brake to get it stop. I called Pam asked if she know what the problem was got no answer. I called some places looking for a transfer case, pam finally returned my call said it was possibly the transfer case. She asked why I was going to take it to another shop when she would do it for 1000. I told I had 350 now and I'd get the rest in a couple days I dropped on a Monday a week an half before Christmas. I was told from the shop that it should only take 4-6 hours to replace. I didn't get my truck back until Christmas Eve. So not knowing what was really fixed, I took it to get oil change and they informed me my output transfer case seal is leaking bad and I need to take it back to who replaced it. Call the Pams business number it's temporarily disconnected.

Took a car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up getting a tie rod replaced at their recommendation. The day after the car was picked up the engine quit. Checked the oil at the time and it BARELY showed any oil on the dipstick. Had the car towed back and all they would say is that the symptoms were consistent with oil starvation, but wouldn't admit to ANY fault in the outcome, nor would they entertain offering any portion of my last invoice ($300) as a refund. Very disappointing - I had thought they were better than that.

Save your money. They over-tightened the drain plug on my mothers vehicle so much - that the head started to round off when we tried to remove for another oil change (this was only 2000 miles AFTER they changed the oil). Contacted the manager, and was told that since we already had the new oil and filter, to bring the car in and they would only charge $25 to do the change). I explained the reason we had oil/filter was to save Mom some money - and asked the Manager (Scott) if he would simply provide us with a new/replacement plug - and that I would simply use when I changed her oil. Nope. Scott wouldn t do it. Just checked. The plug - from NAPA costs a whopping $1.60. Too bad these guys could care less about customer service - and not take ownership of their error. Steer clear. Many other reputable places you could bring your car to.
