I have to say how kind and honest this shop is- I'm not in the same state, but we needed help, it's her only vehicle and it's old. The list of repairs needed was extensive AND expensive, but a common sense conversation with the owner helped us to see what we could and should do - until a new-used car could be found. When a business puts profit to the side - all that's left is integrity!

They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future.
