Brake repair service near Conifer, CO

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

The service we received at Automaster was excellent. Rick and his staff were speedy and thorough and reasonably priced. They seem very honest and fair. We sure don't enjoy having problems with our cars, but it sure is great to work with someone we can trust! Jon Smith

I tried to present the oil change coupon upon checkout and the service advisor, I forgot his name, wouldn't honor it. I am done with your shop! The quality of work and service has hit the ground. Chris Allison
