Had a new hot water placed in our RV by Ron. To save us time in waiting for delivery he had it picked up personally for install the next day. Fast forward 3 months and for an unknown reason, no hot water would come out of the faucets. A quick call to Ron and he walked us through all the checks to identify the problem. Something strange happened with the bypass valve, but Ron figured it out over the phone. We had hot water within an hour. And this was late evening when he was on the road. A great serviceman. As long as we are in the same area, Ron will be the one we call!
