Alternator and starter repair service near Parker, CO

Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

The service we received at Automaster was excellent. Rick and his staff were speedy and thorough and reasonably priced. They seem very honest and fair. We sure don't enjoy having problems with our cars, but it sure is great to work with someone we can trust! Jon Smith

My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future. I went in for a simple headlight issue. They fixed it quickly and I felt the labor and part costs were fair based on my research. The customer service was great, and they have a military discount. I will certainly be back in the future if I need more car help.

This is the most amazing place I have ever taken in my car. These guys, Mike, Steve and as of a couple of days ago the newbie Lance are all amazing, caring and most of all nice and funny and just truthfully and down to earth!...
