I found the staff and service techs to be very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for it's routine maintenance. I'm not really a car expert (to say the least) and the staff did a thorough review of my vehicle and made me aware of things and future stuff I should watch out for. I took my car into Lowes and had exceptional service by both Chris and Mike. They are extremely honest and very patient in answering questions, etc... They are very knowledgeable, too. I recommended them and their shop to another honest mechanic who is local, so that he could refer his customer for jobs that Lowes might be able to accomodate. Women who are wary of 'car shops' don't need to be with Lowes; very, very honest staff! Thank you...count me as a new customer.
