I am very pleased w/the work Miranda & Sons Automotive did on my 1998 Mazda B2500 w/168,000 miles. It is my only truck that was not running after I got laid off in May. Luis understood my situation and worked w/my situation. If I did not have the lower front ball joints replaced I was possibly looking at serious future problems. I love my truck and it rides almost like new w/all the work his team did. Very professional and a nice team to work with. He also threw in a oil change. I'm happy I found a new mechanic! Feel scammed by this auto shop! Don't take your car here - there are better options. - I picked up my car and there was a large dent on the roof - it definitely wasn't there when I dropped it off and Performance Imports denied doing it - charged me $122 for a diagnostic - told me I had $6,300 worth of repairs. - after I paid, they brought me my car and then denied putting the dent in it. They said they didn't do it because they only drove the car a few minutes and parked it - I said how did you get to $6,300 if you didn't even look under the hood or put on a lift! They said when they drove it they could tell clutch needed replacing and based on age and history of car, the brakes needed replacing - WHAT!!!!! - I asked them if they wanted to buy the car, they said it wasn't worth much but they would dispose of it at no charge or I could donate it. When I left the dealership, I went to the Audi dealership and they bought the car for $2,600 and would have given me more if there wasn't a big dent on the roof! What scam artists Performance imports are. I have tried to work with them - Ron is a nice guy but 3 times I have called to tell them how upset I was and I have asked only for the diagnostic fee back - he says he will check with the owners and call me back and he never has. Please do not take your car here as they are not to be trusted to provide good service or give honest advice.

I've been doing business at Palumbo's for years. I would trust them with any vehicle I own! They are kind, and honest. They even took photographs of my worn brake pads and emailed them to me so that I could understand what needed to be done!
