Killian Auto pros had just opened a location in fountain inn at the same time I was searching for a local auto maintenance and repair shop so I thought I'd give him a try with my oil change and a check over my car and for once someone did not come back with a very long list of things that needed to be repaired or replaced just recommended that I have my brake fluid changed some new tires in front of alignment which I knew all three needed to be done. So as a single woman not sure of auto repairs and if I'm getting took for a $$$ ride. I felt very secure with choosing Fountain Inn's "Killian's Auto pros Crew" to keep my car and it's best performance shape possible. Thank you Killian's Auto pros crew.

Truck drives worst coming out then when it went in. I feel I was overcharged a may entire front ends shakes. Never have I had this happen to me.

We have used this garage for many of our repairs and had been a good place that we cld trust until our last visit a few days ago! The young lady in the office is very rude and pushy, definitely trying to make her commission, she trues forcing you to hook vehicle on diagnostic and if you refuse the service she gets rude and smart ass, we knew it was the radiator leaking and needed a new one period! It ended up being over 640 bucks for them to remove radiator and out a new one in, bolting it in and replacing fluids! We get there to pick it up and the woman meets us outside waving her hands everywhere saying we replaced the radiator but don't know if car is gonna work claimed it was still leaking!cuz we didn't hook it up!! I be dammed if we did get it it to house just cpl blocks and temp Guage as hot as it cld go and then wldnt start at all! We ended up having to pay someone else to complete the job they didn't do!! They didn't put enough fluid in it, didn't make sure the air pockets were burrped out hoses and make sure tings were flowing properly! If you guys are smart, put a hidden camera under the hood like we did!!! so you can make sure what they are doing to an honorable job! You know like they are definitely getting paid enough damn money to do! on your vehicle so it does not need more unnecessary repairs and money into. We have never had problems like this with them but we definitely will not go back after this! The young lady needs to learn respect and be careful what and how she says things or she will run everyone out of there. The mechanics may think about what they are doing after this. They know what was done and not and if they want take this problem go away they can contact me Be careful everyone everyone is out to rip you off

Maybe good for some people but not ALL people

I received a coupon in the mail for a $45 oil change. I booked an appointment for this service. Once, I arrived to the store with the coupon in hand and asked the associate if the coupon was valid for my service just to be sure of the cost prior to the service and was told yes. Once my car was done they told me my amount due was $150 for the oil change. I waited in store and no one told me the price change of the service. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Im a boat dealer and have had hundreds of boats shipped this year and these guys are by far the most incompetent, rude, unqualified, and unexperienced company I have ever hired. They picked up a boat just appraised at $77,000 in perfect condition and drove it into a tree and drug it down the whole side of the boat not even 5 minutes outside of the marina. We are about a month into this now and I'm having to have my attorney and insurance company handle it because these guys refuse to pay for it or give me their insurance info. When I booked the shipment I talked to the owner "Dave" on the phone probably about 5 times, he seemed really easy to get up with. Once the accident happened he has suddenly dropped off the map. Not only did he not call to tell me it happened but I have probably called and left 50 messages with no response. BEWARE, IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOURE ASKING FOR TROUBLE. Absolute nightmare.

Rebuilt my engine from the ground up. And it didn't cost me all the money in my bank account. Johnathan is AMAZING!! I will only let him work on my 1987 325i BMW. He's smart and knows his stuff when it comes to cars. He was on time and got the job done!!!!

a day ago I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE ON 01/12/2018. THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN A FEW DAYS LATER. BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED "AS-IS" I HAD TO PAY IMPORT AUTO MALL $650.00 FOR THE MECHANIC WORK TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE THAT IMPORT AUTO MALL SERVICE TECH DETERMINED THE TIMING CHAIN MALFUNCTION AND OIL PAN GASKET LEAK WAS CAUSING MY ISSUES. I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE A WEEK LATER AFTER MAINTENANCE WAS COMPLETED AND LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, THE CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN. I CONTACTED MR. FATTAH, BUT HE REFUSED TO ASSIST. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO PRECISION AUTO TUNE IN ANDERSON, SC ON CLEMSON BLVD AND THEY DETERMINE THAT THE MECHANIC WHO DID THE REPAIRS TO THE TIMING CHAIN BEN T THE VALVES IN THE MOTOR CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE THAT I WOULD EVENTUALLY HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET. MR. FATTAH AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF HAVE REFUSED TO HELP ME. MR. FATTAH WILL STATE THAT THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AFTER I FILED A BBB COMPLAINT AS WELL, BUT IT NEVER WAS. I HAD TO AGREE TO REMOVE THE BBB COMPLAINT IF HE WORKED ON MY VEHICLE ALTHOUGH I WAS PAYING HIM AS MY MECHANIC TO FIX THIS ONGOING ISSUE. I WOULD LIKE THE $650.00 REFUNDED, THE $1500 FOR THE REPLACEMENT MOTOR THAT I HAD TO BUY AND THE COST OF MAINTENANCE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE DONE.
