Brakes still had air and noises coming from tires/car. They had the vehicle towed back to the shop and re-bled the brakes noise is gone. Really appreciate Carolina Auto for going the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was running properly.

Tony was absolutely the best! He educated me on tire size, age, etc., made suggestions and wrote down the tire size I needed for my 2002 Jeep Wrangler without a lift. After looking around on my own, I went back to him and he helped me choose the perfect tires. I ordered rims online and when they finally came in, he worked me in, so I could get the tires/rims on my Jeep asap. He also worked tirelessly (no pun intended) to get my new side steps on and couldn't due to a rusted bolt. The whole time I was waiting, he gave me updates and showed me any issues they were having with my Jeep. I would recommend Tony and his Carolina Automotive team for any service or automotive product you need. In this day and time, sometimes customer service is lacking... not at Carolina Automotive. He wants you to be happy with the product and service you want! Awesome team!!! Thanks, Tony! I'll definitely be back and recommend you, without a doubt!

Did a great job fixing my struts. Called me and reminded me I need my front brakes done, checked tire pressure and found a nail in my tire. That's a full service garage and why I've used them for the last 10 years. Only went back to Ford wants in 10 years, when they recommended it.

Carolina Automotive has always been good for me. However, when I went on April 3rd, I had some questions. Where I was waiting, I could see that the outside lights were on the whole time of the service ( 1 Hour). When I was told that my battery was low, I mentioned that. I was told that the door being open would not run the battery down,, so I knew that the inside and outside lights were on the whole time as well as the radio. The switch had to be on auxiliary for the radio to be on. The radio was on a different station is how I know it was on. I had had some trouble with the battery corroding and that's all. I went for a 40 something dollar job and ended up with and 230 something bill. I bought my car new about 4 1/2 years ago. Maybe it was time for a new battery, What do you think? The outside lights come on automatically when its dark and the garage door was shut which made it dark enough for them to come on.

AGAIN... Carolina Automotive & Tony came to my rescue! I was at the gas station and went to roll my windows up and they didn't work. I turned off the engine and tried again, still wouldn't roll up :( The forecast was rain the next day and then going out of town for a football game, I knew I needed help FAST!! It was 5:25 pm, so I left the pumps and drove straight to Carolina Automotive. Tony took my car into the shop immediately. I didn't know WHAT to expect... a fuse, something electrical? At 5:55 Tony brought my car out and it was fixed!! AGAIN another job they completed for me with honesty and efficiency!

Went to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Was informed that 3 of my tires needed to be replaced SOON as they were very slick. I told the 2 mechanics I was going out of town and didn't have the money for tires right now. They were very concerned and told me to drive the speed limit and stay in the right lane in case of a blowout. Before I left I got a reasonable quote for 4 new tires. I appreciated their genuine concern for me & my passengers!! TOTALLY made up for having an appointment and taking almost 1.5 hrs before getting my oil changed.

Took my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder to them because all of the good reviews I saw. Dropped off the car on August 26, 2016 didn't get the car back till September 09, 2016. My check engine light was on they told me the codes. And still could explain why the car wasn't running right. So I decided to fix one of the seven codes. Which was the camshaft position sensors. I got both of them changed got the car back. Then the car just stopped running while driving. Got fed up with Carolina Automotive so I took it to the Nissan dealership. The dealership read the codes and the camshaft position sensor error code still popped up. The dealership said it looked as if they hadn't been changed at all. So had it towed back to Carolina Automotive for them to replace sensors and take a look to why the car wouldn't run. So they replaced the camshaft position sensors again. Then got the car to run by fixing my fuel pressure regulator. And now the car won't crank when you turn the switch. It sits and tries to turn over and after awhile of trying to get it to turn over it will start. They said it would take more time to figure out why it was doing tha but that they were stumped at the moment why it wasn't starting as soon as you turn the switch. So it was leave the car with them for another two weeks or take it to a person who would be willing to spend time to figure out what was truly wrong not replace each part till you find the right one. Carolina Automotive, especially Tony Maldonado, as he quickly assisted us in fixing our vehicle. After bringing our Nissan Murano home, that evening I went to the Grocery store. I had to get assistance from a passerby upon trying to return home due to vehicle not wanting to start. They helped me clean battery ends, jumped me off and I returned home. We allowed vehicle to sit and run to recharge battery. On the morning after, neither vehicle, which both had just been serviced by Carolina Automotive, wouldn't start. Both batteries seemed dead. I called Carolina Automotive and spoke with Tony on the phone of the issues of both vehicles. He came to our Residence himself within a few minutes and jumped both vehicles off. My husband, Mike, followed Tony Maldonado back to Carolina Automotive to have our Nissan Murano rechecked. They promptly cleaned both battery cable ends and replaced Battery that had become defective overtime. Vehicle runs perfectly. Carolina Automotive has always been here to assist us during working hours and promptly gets our vehicles up and running in a timely manner. Their pricing is by far cheaper and the Service is always excellent when compared to the local Dealerships in Easley we used prior to finding Carolina Automotive. I've recommended them to all my friends and family as we've been using them for the past 2-3 years. In my opinion, Tony Maldonado at Carolina Automotive quickly assists the customer on emergency breakdowns and repairs. I've talked and dealt with other employees at Carolina Automotive, and they are just as efficient and caring of getting our vehicles serviced. But Tony Maldonado's initiative to help and assist the customer is excellent compared to any other Dealorships or Automotive businesses in both Easley, Pickens and Greenville area. -Review submitted by Kittie and Michael Dailey.

Sara offered a courtesy inspection and glad she did. The oil change didn't take any longer than usual and they found the source of a leak that's been getting the driveway filthy. Turns out the hydraulic clutch system, not the braking system, is the problem. Gave me a quote for the repair that will get done next week.

I just love this place! They are totally honest when it comes to repairs. My brakeson my Altima were chattering and I thought I might need some work done on them. Tony called and said i still had 20% on the back and 30% on the front and I would be fine for a while. Other places would have sold me new brakes. For my husband's Honda they did replace brakes but it didn't cost an arm and a Leg. I highly recommend Carolina Auto!!!!!

Great customer service took the car in for a brake job. It was about an hour till they closed left the car because of the time they closed got a call from them telling me about the brakes within 20 minutes telling me what needed to be do. Will keep going back for all repairs.
