I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.

Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

I was referred here by a friend. I am very happy that I found such expertmechanics! I have brought my car for general maintenance. Also when I gotinto a collision they were able to handle the whole claim process with theinsurance, and made my car look like brand new! They are very reliable andfast! I've been doing business at Palumbo's for years. I would trust them with any vehicle I own! They are kind, and honest. They even took photographs of my worn brake pads and emailed them to me so that I could understand what needed to be done!
