I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

Since Jim Juliani sold me a lemon, I have tried to have this business just fix the problem. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima with 170,000 miles for $5500. I was assured that the car would be inspected and all NECESSARY repairs would be made. Since the first day I had this car it has been leaking oil. I have spent over 1000.00 dollars trying to get this oil leak fixed and brought the car into juliani himself 3 times and he claims the car can't be fixed and I should not expect a car I bought from him to be like new. New?!?!?! How about sell me a car that holds oil..it's kind of important!!! Well the car can be fixed I just can't afford the extra cost. Juliani has not looked at this car once and he won't make the NECESSARY repairs as promised to me.

Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

i purchased a replacement windshield for my 69 Mustang and requested removal of the black glass in order that I have a new headliner replaced. I paid approximately $325 for the order. The following day, Payless reported to the interior shop (2 blocks away as agreed) and removed the back glass and windshield. Approximately 3 days later, the headliner was replaced and I requested that they reinstall the back window and install the new windshield. I received conflicting dates as to when the job would be done, all the while the car was kept at the interior shop and utilizing a bay. On 8/4, I went back to the Payless and spoke to the manager who said that he was backed up and couldn't complete job until Thursday or Friday. On Saturday, the job still wasn't done and I had to have the car towed away from the interior shop at my expense. I insisted that Payless return my monies in full however they demanded to be paid for removing the back glass. I asked for the return of my original windshield however was told that it was thrown away. I would not recommend this business to anyone and plan legal action against them. I planned to have the car complete to deliver to my dad during a vacation later that month, they completely ruined the plan. Terrible business and attitude from the management.

My sister was shopping for a used car that fit her price range. She found one and took it for a test drive. While on the drive, the car began shaking and the C.E.L. (Check Engine Light) came on. The mechanic on the drive said they would check everything on the vehicle, repair it, and then give it to her. The next day she went to pick it up, no light on, but drove a few miles away and the light came back, it began shaking again. The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!
