We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Great - just great. They act as a customer advocate, helping you navigate the bumpy path of filing an insurance claim. I had a minor fender bender, but I did not have rental insurance. 1042 went out of their way to speed up the repair so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. They are friendly, fast, and thoroughly professional. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident I will absolutely go back!
