I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

My sister was shopping for a used car that fit her price range. She found one and took it for a test drive. While on the drive, the car began shaking and the C.E.L. (Check Engine Light) came on. The mechanic on the drive said they would check everything on the vehicle, repair it, and then give it to her. The next day she went to pick it up, no light on, but drove a few miles away and the light came back, it began shaking again. The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!

Worse place to get your car worked on. They couldn't even change my brakes correctly. They hit my car while at the shop and refused to take responsibility for it. I ended up taking my car to Toyota dealership because they screwed it up and hit my car. BEWARE STAY AWAY!
