This place is really good. As a woman, I'm not a fan of going to "express oil change" places because I always feel they are trying to take advantage of me. Not this place! They only recommended what was needed and I felt very comfortable and respected! I'll definitely be back!

Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

Also when I gotinto a collision they were able to handle the whole claim process with theinsurance, and made my car look like brand new! They are very reliable andfast! Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them...
