After getting a $3,200 quote for my brake system to be replaced at a local dealership, Randy told me what the ACTUAL problem was... my brake fluid was low because my front brake pads needed to be replaced. I found them when I ordered snow tires earlier and sent them to a local recommended business to mount; their service and manner was excellent and when I mentioned them to a friend from here, she said oh! We've always gone there. I just now had to switch out my snow tires for new regular ones; George spent a great deal of his time helping me understand what I needed and searching for the best prices. Took my '04 Honda Civic in for a brake problem. Was told everything - rotors, pads, calipers, lines - needed to be replaced, was quoted $2500. Had the car towed at my own expense to another shop. Other shop diagnosed a broken brake line, cost me $228 to have it repaired. Brakes work fine now. Will not ever go here again.
