Dean's love of cars is wide-ranging, and he leads Motorcars Incorporated’s service team to expertly repair and maintain marques that are not limited to Jaguar, including BMW, Mercedes, and Austin-Healy.

Second-generation car guy and first-class Jaguar aficionado, Dean is a certified judge for Concours d'Elegance by Jaguar Cars and the driving force behind Motorcars’ reputation as the best restoration resource for the E-Type. More than 200 of these classic vehicles have been brought back to pristine condition — running and appearance — under his direction with a team of specialists that have more than a century of experience in the field.

Dean’s desire to give back to the community that has supported his family’s business for more than 70 years is evident in the annual Dream Show. Since 2013, he has organized one of the largest cause-related motorcar shows in North America, which supports the Hometown Foundation’s work to benefit individuals with intellectual disabilities or need, animal welfare, military, emergency response personnel, and those with major illness. In 2022, the Dream Show was part of a larger weekend of events that raised over $3.5 million for these causes.
