If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. I just got my XC70 back from Stan. We had some sort of what I thought was a bad strut noise when taking a tight turn. I was expecting the worst and we got the best. It turns out that I guess some of those Brooklyn NY pot holes took their toll and loosened up some of the suspension. All Stan had to do was a little lubricating and tightening. Another place might have wanted to put in new parts and we never would have know. This is exactly why we keep going back there. Thanks guys.
