I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

Since Jim Juliani sold me a lemon, I have tried to have this business just fix the problem. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima with 170,000 miles for $5500. I was assured that the car would be inspected and all NECESSARY repairs would be made. Since the first day I had this car it has been leaking oil. I have spent over 1000.00 dollars trying to get this oil leak fixed and brought the car into juliani himself 3 times and he claims the car can't be fixed and I should not expect a car I bought from him to be like new. New?!?!?! How about sell me a car that holds oil..it's kind of important!!! Well the car can be fixed I just can't afford the extra cost. Juliani has not looked at this car once and he won't make the NECESSARY repairs as promised to me.

Greg is one of those mechanics who you can actually trust. He is honest, friendly, and goes above and beyond when it comes to personal attention and good quality service. There is no pressure to do more than what you want done, however, he will make recommendations on future service. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Autoworks of Devon is the fact that he has loaner cars for use while your car is in the shop. I have utilized Greg's loaner cars on multiple occasions and I couldn't be happier. On top of bringing all my cars to Greg, I have also convinced my whole family to start bringing their cars to Greg. Great service, great people, easy access off of 95, what more could you ask for?

RIGHT NOW JUST WAITING FOR COURTS TO SET DATE. I WENT THROUGH ALL OTHER CHANNELS FROM DMV, BBB CONSUMER PROTECTION AND ATTY GENREAL. THEY ARE ALL AS CROOKED AS MEINIKE, EXCEPT FOR BBB, THEY AT LEAST TRIED. HAD AN EXHAUST PIPE REPLACED ON MY BUICK. THEY ATTEMPTED TO INSTAL WRONG PIPE. TO MAKE IT FIT THEY FORCED IT BREAKING THE MANIFOLDS. I WAS THERE 20 HOURS LEAVING AT MIDNIGHT! THE CAR CAUGHT FIRE ON WAY HOME TO PORTLAND BECAUSE THEY GLUED THE BROKEN MANIFOLD WITH EPOXIE REISEN. THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR STORY EVEN MADE VIELED THREATS AGAINST ME. DMV SEEMS WORTHLESS TELLING ME AFTER I GET MY JUDGMENT THEY WILL ACT. WHY PAY TAXES IF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES SET UP TO PROTECT US FAIL TO DO SO? MEINIKE KNOWS THAT AND CONTINUES HARMING OTHERS. THE MIDDLETOWN FRANCHISE IS ONLY ONEIN CT. WITH PAGES OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM IN THIS MEDIA. JUST CHECK FOR YOURSELVES. I AM NOT ALONE....

Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

My sister was shopping for a used car that fit her price range. She found one and took it for a test drive. While on the drive, the car began shaking and the C.E.L. (Check Engine Light) came on. The mechanic on the drive said they would check everything on the vehicle, repair it, and then give it to her. The next day she went to pick it up, no light on, but drove a few miles away and the light came back, it began shaking again. The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!
