I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Very disappointed. Popped a tire on a bad pot hole so I called around and talked to a gentleman here who said they had the tire I needed in stock. Drove here on my spare. After waiting for 30 minutes while they looked at my old one to see if it could be repaired (it couldnt, which I knew), they said the tire actually wasn't in stock here and was at a warehouse somewhere else. They sent someone to pick it up, but we've now been waiting 2 hours and no update. I was lied to and told they had it here... not good business practices. They have also been aggressive when I politely declined other suggested maintenance. Do not recommend.

LISTEN PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND THIEF, TELLS YOU HE WON'T TRY AND SELL YOU A BUNCH OF SERVICES AND THAT IS JUST WHAT HE'LL DO, CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE SO EVIL.
