And the Service I received was wonderful anytime I had a question they was there to answer it. they took care of my car. shady owner and workers. bad paint jobs, they dont fix things correctly and even swap out parts from your car. very bad shop

Worst body shop in queens,Gave my pearl white g35 to them for minor work on the bumper.Got my car back with blue paint and scratches all over my hood, a parking ticket in the mail because they left it outside on the street with out notifying me and then charged me for spraying over a full bumper when they only sprayed a little part.

my first car accident I was recommended by my insurance company to go to grobens. I was apprehensive at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the estimate done and got into a rental all right in the grobens office. the repairs took a bit longer then I was initially told but the work was great. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. overall I was very happy with the repairs and would definitely go back. lets just hope I don't have to :)
