This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

My truck had clunking noise. I already took it to 2 other shops and they couldn't figure out problem. Victor at Signature was able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day it was dropped off! He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return here if I need any additional repairs and for vehicle maintenance.

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Where do I start? Gas pumps that spill gas all over your feet and your car? Incompetent mechanics who do the same repair 3 times? Only being open 10-4? Pouring used antifreeze on the ground? The owners is a rich retired guy who doesn't care about his reputation, business, or customers. Take it from a local - do yourself a favor and avoid this small town trap.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company!
