I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! Self diagnosing on web searches led me to expect a more costly repair. I initially set up my appointment stating what I thought was wrong with my car. After a short wait, I was told that I have cheap, noisy brakes! Thank you Greg and your staff for having the knowledge and integrity to fix the issue and not take advantage of me. As long as this shop is open, I will continue to drive well out of my way for all repairs and services.

Only place I will take my BMW for repair. Ladies, this is the one place where being a female doesn't feel like they will take advantage of you. Fair, honest, fast, efficient team and also do a great job detailing your car. Always excellent customer service! -Suzanne

Owners a decent guy(Tom), (mark) was cool too. The issues were the hack insurance company located out of state. They took there time paying for repairs and as a result the shop held my wife's car generally for ransom. I learned legally they can't do that and the payment issue was between the shop and the insurance company. Luckily I had a paid rental car so I wasn't pressed. Still I'm disabled and the stress exasperated my illness. Now , the initial repair also was substandard as the bumper popped out when I pushed on it and the hatch sheet metal collapsed in from damage. These two things were serious problems and I had to leave car for another week to repair correctly. However, the final end result was solid. The paint was spot on and the car looks great. 3 stars is generous.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

Top notch, professional, and very competitive, Roman performed the work with quality material and on time as promised. He also made small cosmetic repairs at his expense, that is the kind of service that was common years ago (perfect coustomer service). It was a pleasure to work with Roman and I would definitely return for any future work.??
