If you can live without technology - this is the place for you! If not, you will need a boat load of cash for your cell phone provider to make a *premium* hotspot on your phone because "sometimes" that works. Save some cash for a satellite television provider as well because the less expensive cable service is NOT an option here. Hey, if all else fails, get some stamps, grab a pen and paper and write a letter about how gorgeous the park is, with beautiful trees and a lovely pool because you won't be sending pictures any other way. Priced right until you add up all the technology costs - then it becomes the most expensive RV resort in the Tampa Bay area. On a positive note the staff are very friendly and so are the campers, the location to highways is fabulous!

I hired Mike Hess to fix my RV furnace in my 2016 RV, it hadn't worked since last season. With many colder than normal nights this season I needed heat.The furnace would work when it was warm out but not once when it was below 60 degrees, however he insisted it was working. He told me he couldnt see any problem with it and argued it was working. IT WAS NOT. He said i needed a new regulator for my propane tank, replaced it and charged me for that and a Service Call. I called him back when it got cool that night and told him it still wasnt working, he pretty much thought i was losing my mind. i was so humiliated. To sum this up, after my repeated calls for Service he avoided my calls. He had a Woman call me and she was adament that my furnace was working. she argued and said " Well, Mike says it is" In the meantime i had to use 2 portable heaters to keep warm. I finally went to Stewarts RV Repair and within 20 minutes they figured out the problem and it is working perfect. It was a very simple fix. I have heard terrrible stories from other people in this RV Park about Mike Hess and his workmanship since then. Do not hire him for your repairs.

Every one was helpful and great through the sale of the RV. I expected every thing to be okay with it when I got there to pick it up. We went to a near buy campground and stayed in it a few days and we had to take it back to get a fridge and check some things out. Well we spent a whole day waiting on them to fix it. We left and came home to NC and I took my grand daughter to Daytona beach for spring break not even 3 months from buying it and had to change a tire that had a blister on the inside back driver side.that I had been driving around with since I bought it. Then coming home I couldn't even hold the thing in the road. So I stopped at a big rig tire shop and they said I needed a back tire on the passenger back that it was dry rotted. So I had to buy a tire. Got back on the interstate and still could not hold it in the road. So I had to go to another Tire shop and get 2 new tires on the front because the still had broke and they were dry rotted. So I just thank God that I didn't hurt my grand daughter and my friends that I had with me. But I blame Cruise America for putting our lives in danger because I was told that they were reconditioned and had good tires on them. That was not so and when I called to tell them they said that it was not in the warranty. But that is not good business and it will come back to them. Everyone has to pay for there mistakes. They put me and my family at risk.
