Oil change service near Bronson, FL

These are the only folks I've trusted my Volkswagen within the last three years or so - my roommate has brought her Honda there for six years. They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. They explain everything very clearly, have great customer service, and are incredibly knowledgable about Volkswagens. I'm writing this after a major engine repair and I'm still thrilled about them. I had my car towed to Advance Auto because the starter died. They checked out the car and called me with a very reasonable price quote. When I picked my car up several hours later, the owner gave me the total, which was less than 1/2 the quoted price - he had checked out the starter, found that it had a short in it and repaired it for me,saving me the cost of the new part!! Additionally, they washed and vacuumed the car and scrubbed my ridiculously filthy wheels. They are cleaner than they've been since they were new! This is the most honest and honorable auto repair establishment that I have EVER had the good fortune to deal with.

When I had my oil changed my oil cap was not put back on my engine. I got a check engine light looked under the hood and saw that it was gone. I called my Jiffy Lube and was told to have my car towed over and they would have a replacement cap for me and would do a free oil change. I had my car towed in and was told that the manager I talked to that morning must have lied to me, that there was no way they would do either of those things. I was told I needed to have someone pick me up or call a cab to go buy a new oil cap myself, and that they could slightly top off my oil or me and that would be it. I was given the district manager Leyon's number and called him Thursday, Friday, and Monday leaving voicemails with my name and number. He has not called me back.

My wife went here to get an oil change, and they offered to rotate our tires. When I get home and check the car, the tire air-pressure warning was on. Earlier that day, the warning light was not on. The PSI prior to that visit was ~33, after that visit it mysteriously dropped to less than 20 PSI! Nice scheme they have there, let the air out so they blow on the highway and we have to buy new ones. Someone could have gotten hurt or died. Don't ever go to this location, staff is inexperienced and sabotaged our tires. They couldn't even figure out how to reset the maintenance timer on our car.
