Kevin installed a new roof air conditioner and we had it for a week before it failed. called Kevin and he had it fixed on the same day we called him and at no cost to us. very happy with his service.

What a dump ...filled with dumpy campers and park models and dumpy people. No pool....no anything. Just bugs, airboat noise, and untended to landscaping. bad water, sewer that backs up and smells bad, bathrooms in disrepair. Shows a lack of good managment or ownership. Worst place we ever stayed....Gates have been closed at night sue to saftey issues..Hard to get around in with RV....Small spots with untrimmed trees....really bad care and concern about anything other then collecting the rent. YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! Worst RV stay ever in our 15 years of RVing.....RIP OFF BEWARE!
