I sent my son up there today to get his tires checked for a long road trip. They were very helpful and there was no charge. I also get my oil change there. And they never charge me for anything. I didn’t need. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Best auto repair in Gainsville.I had my spark plugs replaced.I had called the day before and was given an estimate. When I arrived the parts were there, the work was performed in the time period they had specified and the work was completed for less than their estimate.They were recommended to me by a man that has raced cars for over 40 years and they maintain his vehicles. I am completely satisfied and will use Ahrens Auto Service for all my automotive repairs.

I had my car towed to Advance Auto because the starter died. They checked out the car and called me with a very reasonable price quote. When I picked my car up several hours later, the owner gave me the total, which was less than 1/2 the quoted price - he had checked out the starter, found that it had a short in it and repaired it for me,saving me the cost of the new part!! Additionally, they washed and vacuumed the car and scrubbed my ridiculously filthy wheels. They are cleaner than they've been since they were new! This is the most honest and honorable auto repair establishment that I have EVER had the good fortune to deal with.

We were evacuating from Hurricane Irma and our alternator went out. We had our truck towed to Computa Tune for repair. We had all of our dogs with us and we were trying to make it to my sister's house in Georgia. Thank God we chose this shop for the repair. They fixed our truck and the price was unbelievably low. do not go there, some employees are very difficult to work with with, and your bill will always be higher than expected, they do have another location that seems to be pretty good, and have never had a problem there

They said they knew where the oil leak was coming from. I trusted them. My car was still leaking oil after the first time. Second time Martel Auto said they would get it fixed not to worry. I trusted them again. The third time was not a charm but the beginning of a nightmare. Oil and transmission leaks bigger than before. All the could offer me was excuses and to take my entire engine out to find where the leak is coming from. This really hurts. I trusted you guys. You stole $800.00 for a job that never got done. You won't touch my car again.
