If you can live without technology - this is the place for you! If not, you will need a boat load of cash for your cell phone provider to make a *premium* hotspot on your phone because "sometimes" that works. Save some cash for a satellite television provider as well because the less expensive cable service is NOT an option here. Hey, if all else fails, get some stamps, grab a pen and paper and write a letter about how gorgeous the park is, with beautiful trees and a lovely pool because you won't be sending pictures any other way. Priced right until you add up all the technology costs - then it becomes the most expensive RV resort in the Tampa Bay area. On a positive note the staff are very friendly and so are the campers, the location to highways is fabulous!

What a dump ...filled with dumpy campers and park models and dumpy people. No pool....no anything. Just bugs, airboat noise, and untended to landscaping. bad water, sewer that backs up and smells bad, bathrooms in disrepair. Shows a lack of good managment or ownership. Worst place we ever stayed....Gates have been closed at night sue to saftey issues..Hard to get around in with RV....Small spots with untrimmed trees....really bad care and concern about anything other then collecting the rent. YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! Worst RV stay ever in our 15 years of RVing.....RIP OFF BEWARE!

Been here a few times now. Simply put mechanics who know their craft and whom you can TRUST. If it ain't broke they won't fix it. Icing on the cake...they're good people.

I needed a circuit breaker reset, a minor repair at 4:30 pm in the afternoon on a rainy chilly day and had no idea where the circuit breaker was? I knew there was a cold night in front of me without help. The repairman was very friendly and helpful in my situation and in 15 minutes - my problem was solved. He was nice young man and had a good personality with a sense of humor. He charged me a very reasonable fee and I appreciated this and will pay it forward. Very impressed with customer service, repair time and knowledge.
