Quite displeased - beyond displeased. RV was brought in for a macerator issue and a brake squeal. We received (and paid for) new brake pads and disks; and anew inverter - we were told the annoying noise had disappeared and the macerator was fixed. Neither was true - turns out we needed a battery replaced - they said the macerator was bad as well, but we were not given the item back. As for the squeaking wheel - they went back n and told us it was a faulty carriage bearing and it needed replacing, but they did not have one on hand (THANK GOD) and THEN we look at our front hood and a portion is sticking up so we could see inside - they did not know how to close the hood bracket which was on a channel and just slammed the hood folding the bracket in half - just to get the rv back to them I had to hammer it straight enough to turn the channel - they repaired (not replaced) the bracket and supposedly fixed my hood although there are now 2 dents noticeable on the outside and to top it off the brakes were from a aftermarket and the brake sensor wires appear ready to break (from a Mercedes repair shop). The disturbing fact here was that they had to know they bent the bracket as it was very very noticeable and they were hoping we found it later on and would think we cause it. Additionally if they went a bit further on the brake repair they would have noticed the build up on the disks from the parking brake - we paid roughly 2500 and were so disgusted we grabbed the RV and took it to a freightliner dealer whom we trust to get the real scoop. Management chews you out if you want to be apprised of status - RV was in there for 3 days - for a very immature, unknowing and unprofessional experience - worse in my 69 years on earth. t sucks when you can not trust someone - I am uncertain if a couple of the repairs, or items, were even required. Rating - BELOW ZERO DO NOT GO THERE
