I waited 7 hours to have a hitch installed. I was told this would take 1-2 hours on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 3-4 hours. From a customer service-satisfaction standpoint, this was utterly rediculous. I was informed someone had car trouble and that was the reason they were understaffed. It amazed me that I arrived at 8 a.m. and there was a constant stream of individuals in and out of the facility. They chose to keep "me" waiting and help everyone else that walked through the door as opposed to me .. the person who had an appointment. Needless to say I plan on informing as many people as possbile about my experience. This ended up costing me over $500 more for relocation due to the fact I had to stay an additional night in Orlando. I have never repsponded on line to any service received in the past. This was so unacceptable on so many different levels I don't even know where to begin... customer service, lack of respect of my time and planning, poor judgement, incosideration of "any" customers time, poor appointment scheduling, failure to execute any completion time set forth and the list continues. I move every couple of months due to work and I will pay double before I ever use the UHaul facility on Orange Blossom again.

Do not use them! They tried to screw me over! My son had his 2005 accord towed there to fix a broken water pump. They fixed it and charged close to the estimated amount. Don called me and told me the car was ready to pickup and mentioned that the mechanic looked everything over and noticed a small oil leak that they could investigate. I told him not to worry about it and that I would pay for the work they had done. I had to pay over the phone with a credit card because I live in Miami. Don was not happy because he said they charge them more for a transaction over the phone but there was no other option so he did it. Don called my son 20 minutes later to tell him that there was power steering fluid leaking now. My son didn't authorized the work and told me so I called Don. I asked him how could it be leaking now if the car was already checked and ready to pick up. He said that it happened after when the mechanic test drove the car. I asked why he would test drive it after if it was ready to pick up. I then told him to leave it alone. When my son arrived to pickup the car the power steering reservoir was empty. I had already told him to bring some to put in suspecting that it would be. The fluid was GUSHING OUT!!!!! I called and spoke with Don - he put the mechanic on that tried to tell me that it started leaking after I had paid and that the car was still up on the rack. This was obviously a lie because Don had told me it had been test driven. Their stories didn't match. In addition, the high pressure hose on the power steering was replaced last year and everything was checked. They are scammers!! Thank God I paid with a credit card. I am disputing there charge until they agree to fix what they broke. I will update this post if they do anything to fix the problem. Be very cautious if you take your car there!!!

Today is November 4, 2023 and I am reviewing a business for the first time since moving to Orlando almost 4 years ago. I originally went to Affordable alignment at the recommendation of a neighbor that works there and had a specialist with German vehicles which was perfect for my old Audi convertible, the mechanic specializes in German vehicles is a fellow by the name of Mike and I cannot say enough good things about him. His knowledge and dedication is legendary. That is the good news, now, for possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an automotive shop. A little background, I drive a 2020 Yukon and use it as a black car service and today I drove to Port Canaveral from Orlando and my air conditioning stopped working on the way back from that trip. I drove directly to Affordable alignment, because in the past, they have typically Fit me in and done work for me immediately. Today was no different. One of the mechanics referred an AC specialist in the shop to me and he immediately diagnosed the vehicle since he could hear that the blower motor seem to be working properly. he immediately stated that it was either a very dirty filter, or the actuator was not diverting the air to the proper vents. That led him to removing the filter behind the glove box, and discovering that it was one of the dirtiest filters he’s ever seen and was so blocked up that when he removed it, the air conditioning began to work fine. With a smile on his face he said will order a filter for you. It will be here in a few minutes and I will install it and you’ll be on the road. As you can imagine this is about the best news you can hear when you’ve suddenly discovered your air-conditioning is no longer working. It could be many many things all of them potentially quite expensive. This is about the cheapest fix anyone could hope for. I thought to myself even if they charge me a one hour minimum for a 5 minute diagnosis of $100 for labor and $34 for the part plus tax I’m looking at $150 worst case. After 45 minutes from my initial arrival, I went to the office and was presented a bill for $292, I paid it without question and stated on my way out the door that I felt I was being gouged, and I think made it clear that this was the last time I would put myself in that position with this particular business. Instead of saying something along the lines of I’m sorry you feel that way or is there anything we can do to go through this and make you more comfortable? Instead, I was insulted by the cashier, and was told I wasn’t gouged at all that they have to charge for labor and diagnostics, I was made to feel as if this was my first trip to the Mechanic And keep in mind earlier. I explained that I had witnessed the diagnosis it took 5 minutes and that’s being generous. I have noticed over the last year that this place is exclusively focused on money and profits and doesn’t really any longer focus on doing quality work for a reasonable price , I suspect a new generation has taken over and all they focus on is the Almighty dollar. If you’re one of those people like me who does not have money to burn, stay away. If I’m the other hand, you have more money than you know what to do with I must admit, they still do as quality work as they’ve ever done . This is just the last time they will do any work for me.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

Honest, fair price, and best of all work is done correct. Cant ask for much more from an auto repair shop in this area. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and have always been happy with my car after repair!

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

I had a catalytic converter installed here a few weeks ago and it really has made a big difference in my cars performance and its gas mileage. Im glad I chose this place because they took the time to really see what was wrong and did not charge me to do that...thanks

This company, Big B's Automotive (Brian Shwenning) WILL RIP YOU OFF. I was completely conned by this "so called mechanic". Almost six months ago I had a car towed to him that he said he could fix "no problem". He needed money for parts, so like an idiot, I gave him 260.$ Then he disappeared for almost three months, I went to where he works during the day to see if I could find him there. I was told he was MIA and their phone was ringing off the hook with other people who were in the same situation as myself. When he finally contacted me, he told me someone had died, so he had to go out of town. I felt bad, and understood (I now think that was crap). My car was at his friends house because he needed help with it, and according to Brian, the other mechanic needed more money or he wouldn't work on it anymore. Again like an idiot, I gave him another 260.$ He kept telling me he couldn't find parts, so I started going to junk yards getting the parts, and driving them to him. Brian NEVER returns,or, answers calls. His phone is either broken, he cant call at that moment, his hands are dirty, etc etc etc, I have numerous texts with lame excuses. I copied a few of his actual texts on here for you to see (I forwarded them to my email, and copied and pasted them on here, that is why they are from T mobile). I bought and brought him another part going on four weeks ago, I have been trying to call him everyday since. No surprise he has not called, or answered once. I have since tracked down the car and talked to the gentleman who actually had been working on it. I do believe the other mechanic is a very nice, honest man, and he has done work on it, but, doesn't have much time to do so, and to no surprise, BRIAN HAS NOT GIVEN HIM ANY MONEY!!!!! The car is still not running, and when I texted Brian to tell him I needed to get the car back running or not, and that he knew six months ago, I bought the car with one mortgage payment, and gave him another mortg

Great People with a great staff the owner is fair with her prices and they do great work, I would not trust anyone else with my Mercedes or any of my other cars to do any mechanic work or alignments, Ive recomemded all my family and friends and co-workers here and they have always treated them well. Ive been a loyal customer for over four years now and will be as long as they are in town!!!

He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.
