I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. I took my car to 3 shops and my estimates for getting my a/c to work were $900.00 to $ 1300.00. and 2 days . I took it to ZIM expecting them to diagnose the problem and give me a price and when they came in to the waiting room 1/2 hour later my a/c was fixed and they charged me $37.50 and treated me like I was there best customer. I don't post many comments about places but do yourself a huge favor next time your car has a problem and go here first !! You wont be sorry and your pocket book will not be empty !!
