brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. Thanks For the quality repairs to my 300c and handling my insurance claim. The car looks great.

Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

Worst Repair ever! He is a theif. Broke same day, does not return calls, says he will come, does not. Beware. Guess thats why they only take cash
